This Refund Policy is crafted to uphold our standards of service and to protect both our clients and our business under various contractual agreements and service deliveries.

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to services rendered by Perisync Technologies and does not extend to any third-party services or products. It is applicable to all services provided under the brand Perisync, including but not limited to project-based, recurring, and one-time engagements.

1. 1. Time & Materials (T&M): Clients may request refunds for prepaid but unused hours that are eligible according to the rollover clause of the specific agreement. Unused hours must be claimed within the period specified in the contract or 15 days from the date of issue, which ever is earlier.
2. 2. Fixed Cost: Refunds may be issued for projects terminated by either party, provided an objective assessment agrees that the work completed is less than the amount paid. Assessments will be based on the milestones and deliverables specified in the contract.
3. 3. Dedicated Services: During a trial period, clients are eligible for a 100% refund upon cancellation. After the trial, refunds are not available, except as specified by the termination clause in the client agreement.
4. 4. Agile Projects: No refunds are provided for completed sprints. Refunds for ongoing sprints may be considered following a joint review of the work performed against the sprint goals.

Perisync Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Refunds will be processed within four weeks from the date of the request, subject to delays outside our control such as banking processes or necessary communications with the client.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
